Leah Felder

Leah Felder approaches real estate with the precision of an engineer and the structure of a seasoned project manager. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and over 10 years in the clean tech industry, Leah draws on her background to guide clients through transactions with clarity, efficiency, and technical insight.  She also holds a PMP (project management professional) certification and a LEED accreditation. 

Leah views each transaction as a system to be thoughtfully deconstructed—analyzing every component before crafting the right strategy. Her methodical, data-driven approach brings confidence to buyers and sellers alike, whether navigating their first purchase or a complex investment. Originally from the New York metro area and educated at Northeastern University in Boston, Leah has spent the past eight years living in neighborhoods across San Francisco. She now lives in South Beach with her husband and two cats and brings both a broad citywide perspective and a deep appreciation for the character of each community. She is also fluent in Russian.
